Maggie
Meet Maggie! Maggie was rescued just before Christmas when during the stroll a man and his daughter walked into our store to say they couldn't take care of her anymore. What a shame... She is just the most beautiful Golden (she is the one in the blue bandana). We were taken with her right off the bat, and who wouldn't be!
She needed special medicine because her coat was in such bad shape from malnutrition (can you believe they fed her bread instead of dog food?). Also, we had her spayed, naturally.
One thing led to another, and Maggie got the best Christmas gift of all! She was adopted by our sister and joins the extended Jake's Friends family! We love you Maggie.
