We are sorry to announce that Jake passed away on Saturday, January 12, 2008. Jake has made many friends and been responsible for earning the funds to care for many rescued dogs and cats. We remember the Christmas that he earned over $800.00 for the Salado Humane Society simply by shaking hands with everyone. Everyone in town knew the store where Jake was. He leaves behind three adopted brothers who have big shoes to fill. We know he is in heaven making everyone there smile and he will be there waiting with his paw out to greet us when we get there.

We will really miss him.
